الحضور والدفع نقدا او شبكة او التحويل لدى حساباتنا البنكية

او عدم الحضور و عن طريقالتحويل واعلامنا بالتحويل عن طريق منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لدنيا او عن طريق التطبيق

تعليمات وشروط الاشتراك الخاصة بالمركز

 1/ الاعمار القانونية للانضمام للمركز من 15 سنه فما فوق

 2/يجب احترام القوانين  والانظمة والعادات بالمملكة العربية السعودية وعدم التصوير الشخصي او اي مشترك او احد منسوبي المركز داخل الناي ومن يقوم بذلك يتم إحالته للجهات المختصة وانهاء اشتراكه بعلمه

3/للمركز كامل الحق في تحديد وتعديل وتغيير اوقات العمل حسب ما يراه مناسبا

 4/تعتبر الخزائن مؤجره للمشترك خلال تواجده بالمركز فقط ويحق للإدارة افراغ محتوياتهن طريق الكسر عند انتهاء ساعات العمل ويتحل المشترك قيمة القفل

5/يجب على المشترك ابلاغ مسؤول الاشتراك في حال وجود اي عوارض صحية عند الاشتراك ويتجمل المشترك كامل المسؤولية في حالة عدم الإفصاح

6/المركز غير مسؤول عن فقد الاشياء الشخصية داخل المركز او في مواقف السيارات

 7/يبذل المشترك العناية الكافية لسلامته وسلامة الاخرين ومعدات واجهزة المركز ولا يتحمل المركز اي مسؤوليه تتعلق بحدوث الاصابات اثناء التمارين

8/يحتفظ المركز في حقة بالإغلاق في اي ظرف يراه لمصلحة العمل والعاملين وان يتم تعويض المشتركين عن عدد الأيام

 9/قيمة الاشتراك لا تسترد بعد السداد

 10/قد يصل للمشترك عروض تسويقيه عن طريق الرسائل sms و الايميل والتطبيق

11/يحق للمركز الغاء الاشتراك دون دفع تعويض في الحالات التالية

أ/اذا تم استخدام الاشتراك من قبل شخص اخر

ب/اذا اساء المشترك السلوك ولم يلتزم بتعليمات المركز

ج/اذا وقع تعدي لفظي او بدني على اي من مرتادي المركز او الموظفين

 د/الترويج لأي سلعه او منتج داخل المركز

 هـ/تقديم اي خدمات تتعلق بالتدريب الشخصي

 12/ممنوعات يجب على المشترك تجنبها :

أ/يمنع التدخين و ادخال الأطعمة منعا باتا داخل المراكز

 ب/تمنع مزاولة التمارين بدون زي رياضي وحذاء وعدم لبس زي رياضي غير متعارف عليه وعدم الدخول للمناطق المائية بدون الاستحمام

 ج/يمنع رمي الاوزان على الارض في صاله الحديد وكذلك اعادة الممتلكات والاشياء الى مكانها عند استخدامها والمحافظة عليها بعناية وحرص ويعد المشترك مسؤولا مسؤوليه كاملة عن اي تلف يقع نتيجة سوء استخدام

  د/يمنع التمرين عند انقطاع الكهرباء وعلى المشترك التوقف فورا حتى يتم اشعاره بالعودة للتمارين وذلك حفاظا على السلامة

 هـ/يمنع اعطاء اي من المدربين او العاملين بالمركز اي مبالغ ماليه او هدايا عينية

 و/يمنع اصطحاب الزوار والتصوير داخل النادي

 ز/يجيب على المشترك استلام سند القبض فيما يتعلق ب أي مبلغ يقوم بدفعة

 13/لا يسمح بمزاولة لمن هم اوزانهم اعلى من  150 كلج

 14/في حال اغلاق المركز ل اسباب قاهرة سوف يتم اضافة ايام اشتراك للأيام التي تم فيها اغلاق المركز 14ملايسمح للمشترك بالمطالبة بالأيام الغير مستخدمه

 15/لايحق للمشترك الاعتراض على عدد المشتركين بالمركز

 16/يمنع تجديد ودخول من خالف هذه الشروط

12 / prohibitions that the subscriber must avoid:

A / smoking and the introduction of food are strictly prohibited inside the centers

13 / It is not allowed to engage with those whose weight is more than 150 kg
